Servicing & Repairs Process
Step 1
Simply call 01784 473 339, email info@toolsrepair.co.uk or use the contact form below with your enquiry and to discuss repair suitability.
Step 2
Visit our trade counter in Egham, post or courier your item to our specialist team.
Step 3
An inspection fee of £20 (inc VAT) covers an assessment by one of our fully trained technicians and detailed quote on the cost of repair.
If the tool is considered beyond economic repair we will scrap it under the WEEE regulations, or return it dismantled (carriage charge will apply).
Proceed with repair
Once you have approved our quotation, the workshop will proceed with the repair.
Step 4
We repair your item, deduct the £20 fee from your final invoice and and return it to you, ready to use.
Repair completion
When completed you will be contacted and have the choice of collecting from our premises or having the tool(s) returned by courier. For this option, we will ask for payment by credit/debit card (including a return carriage charge) prior to packaging and return.
